Current Role:

I’m Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer, Onramp Bitcoin Leading product, engineering, operations, and compliance for a next-generation Bitcoin custody platform built on Multi-Institution Custody.

My Path:

• Shell (9+ years offshore Gulf of Mexico): Facilities Engineer → Reliability Engineer → Operations Leader - Managed 100,000 BOE/day production with zero tolerance for failure.

• IBM: Delivery Team Program Manager for data-center and facility infrastructure programs. Introduced Agile + data-driven delivery.

• Kraken Digital Asset Exchange: Principal – Product Compliance. Led compliance for Consumer, Onchain, and Web3 products including Kraken Wallet.

• Telos Consulting Services LLC (2020–present): Owner & Consultant.

• Onramp Bitcoin (2023–present): Joined as Head of Operations, promoted to COO & CCO.
